  My girlfriend went in there for a screen repair fix one day. 1 week later she drops it from 2 inches in the air on its back, in a phone case and the screen shatters. I called their store and all they tell me is that we got the “worse” screen (which still costs 150) and they said that they had a better screen that costs 180 which they never told me about. I asked what they can do to resolve the situation and they said a 10 percent discount on the more expensive screen. I was very disgruntled about this situation and don’t understand why they cannot help a customer who supports their store better than that. It amazes me how they can blame the costumer for everything and do so little to help us out. It seems that the screen was not put on correctly as well. My girlfriend was having problems with the touch screen before the break happened. If you need a screen repaired, I would go elsewhere.
