  The show room floor and selection is good however Customer Service needs work. Also don't try and do a return here it's like pulling teeth. Sales people seem so nice and wonderful at first but then if you need anything the attitude completely changes they make you feel like a complete inconvenience. Overall we had an OK experience but when spending $15,000 it's not how I expected to be treated… We certainly will never purchase anything from pro source again.
