  Mr Sandless in Jacksonville came recommended by a friend who had used them and had a good experience. We decided to use them based on that recommendation for our 1917 Bungalow in Riverside. The overall experience was okay. We were coordinating this service from another state. The communication between us and the tech/owner was mediated by a newer receptionist who maybe didn't have enough information to answer customer questions. We had asked about staining our in-laid wood trim and was told it would be an extra charge - we said okay and assumed it would be done. When the work was done, the inlays were not stained and when we inquired, we find out that is not a service they offer...we asked to speak to the owner and she never returned our call. If we had known they didn't stain inlays we would have gone with someone else who did since it's an important element in revitalizing ~100 year old floors. My review of 3 stars is because of poor communication and the fact that the owner didn't bother to call me back after I left a message in dissatisfaction. As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. Once the money was exchanged, my satisfaction seemed less important to them.
