  I don't recommend this geek squad at all. I walked in a few weeks ago with a laptop and proof of an extended warranty. The computer didn't even have any hardware issues, it was just a structural problem. The man at the counter was unfriendly and arrogant. When I opened the laptop, a piece literally fell out in front of him. He just stood there and said nothing. He wouldn't even let me get more than a couple sentences in before he literally threw the necessary paperwork at me! I was so taken aback that I left and went to the one on Southside Blvd. They were much better there! If you have any issues with your computer, please visit the latter location, or even drive a little bit further to the St. John's Town Center. It'll be worth it. If you go here, you'll have to deal with people who spend their work week lamenting the fact that they don't spend their days at M.I.T.
